How to Buy Land

STEP 1.

REGISTER YOUR INTEREST FOR LAND

A. Register

You can register your details online right now, Register Now or ask one of the sales team to register you.

B. Land Release Notification

Once registered you will then receive regular updates via email as to how we are progressing with our releases and the release dates.

STEP 2.

COMPLETE PURCHASE PROCESS

A. Attend the Gregory Hills Land Sales Office

Visit the Land Sales and Information Centre on land release day and select a lot you would like to purchase.

B. Fill in Paperwork

Fill out the Sales Advice with Jessica or Wendy from our Sales team. It's a good idea to know who your solicitor or conveyancer is upfront so the process can run smoothly. Please note that the names given must be the true purchaser at the time the sale is taking place. Photo ID will be required. Purchaser details cannot be changed at any time during or after the sales process.

C. Pay Administration Fee

Reserve your preferred lot by paying a non-refundable $1000 administration fee.

D. Exchange Contract and Pay 10% Deposit

Our solicitor will issue contracts within 48 hours and you have 14 days to exchange contracts, at which time you need to pay a 10% non-refundable deposit.

E. Pay Remainder

You pay the remainder at settlement when the lots are registered. The targeted registration time for the release will be advised on the day of the sale.

DONE! YOUR LOT IS RESERVED.

Now you’ve reserved your lot at Gregory Hills, go out and celebrate. We will keep you informed of all progress over the coming months.

Please note the following;
  • The vendor reserves the right to alter selling terms and prices at any time prior to the payment of the administration fee in step 3.
  • No builder sales will be made on the weekend of a general public release.
