Pay Administration Fee
Reserve your preferred lot by paying a non-refundable $500 administration fee and start arranging finance.

Exchange Contract and Pay 10% Deposit
Our solicitor will issue contracts within 48 hours and you have 14 days to exchange contracts, at which time you need to pay 10% deposit.

Pay Remainder
You pay the remainder at settlement when the lots are registered. The expected registration time for the Corella and Rosella Releases is February 2014.
