Fill out the Sales Advice with either Ross or Jess, our Sales team. It's a good idea to know who your solicitor or conveyancer is upfront so the process can run smoothly.

Pay Administration Fee
Reserve your preferred lot by paying a non-refundable $500 administration fee and start arranging finance.

Exchange Contract and Pay 10% Deposit
Our solicitor will issue contracts within 48 hours and you have 14 days to exchange contracts, at which time you need to pay 10% deposit.

Pay Remainder
You pay the remainder at settlement when the lots are registered. The current target for registration for the Atlantis Release is May 2012.
