The NSW Government has stamp duty concessions in place for certain people who buy land or a new home at Gregory Hills. If your house and land package is under $550,000, or if your land is under $350,000, and you are a first home buyer, you may be eligible for a full exemption from stamp duty. The NSW Government has a $15,000 grant available for some first home buyers of new homes. The grant applies to homes valued under $750,000, and other eligibility criteria apply.
