New Town Centre provides community hub in Gregory Hills

New Town Centre provides community hub in Gregory Hills

The much-anticipated opening of the Gregory Hills Town Centre on Thursday April 11 marked a milestone in the development of the new community. The new Town Centre which opens every day provides a hub for the local community to meet and relax over a meal or coffee.

As a town, Gregory Hills already has a great community feel with parks, playgrounds, schools and walkways, and the new Town Centre will really add to the local amenity.

The Gregory Hills Town Centre has been part of our plans from day one, so it’s great to see it up and running to benefit locals. Up until the opening of the new centre, shops and services were just a short drive away in nearby areas such as Narellan, but locals will now have a walking distance option.

The new Gregory Hills Town Centre provides residents with a chance to buy all of their everyday needs. Locals will be able to pop in on the way home from work to pick something for dinner or do the regular grocery shop just minutes away from home.

Family entertainment at the opening

The opening was celebrated last week with Batman and his Batmobile on hand, plus face painting, live music and creative workshops. This will be followed up with Easter craft for kids on Easter Saturday.

We’re really pleased that we’ve met our Easter deadline for the project. Local residents can enjoy the new facilities over the upcoming holiday period and beyond.

Local supermarket with much more on offer

The new centre is much more than just a big Woolies supermarket and BWS liquor outlet.

Convenient local services have also opened their doors and will be keen to gain local customers. Hair, nail and beauty services are on hand, as well as massage, real estate, phone shop, bakery and gift store in one convenient location.

Locals will also be able to catch up with family and friends over a coffee or meal in the new cafes and restaurants on offer. And of course, most will offer take away options as well.

A brand new large medical centre will soon open its doors to serve the local community, saving local families time when they need medical attention close to home.

The new Gregory Hills Town Centre joins the long list of existing local community amenities such as parks, playgrounds, walkways and schools, all of which make Gregory Hills a great place to call home.

The new Gregory Hills Town Centre retail precinct is just one more reason why you should consider joining the thriving Gregory Hills community. Contact us on 02 4648 5511 or fill out our online contact form to find out more about Gregory Hills.
